Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple software development projects from initiation to successful delivery. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong track record in managing software teams and delivering projects for international clients.
Work Mode: In-person — based at our Rajshahi office.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery from start to finish.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project teams (developers, designers, QA specialists) for optimal output.
- Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and align with scope.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Use project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) to track progress and report key metrics.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from a reputed university.
- Proven number of successful project completions.
- Strong team management skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Leadership and presentation skills.
- 4–5 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in the software industry.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 25,000 - 40,000 BDT ( Negotiable; based on skills and performance).
- Festival Bonus: Twice yearly (25%–50% of base pay, performance-based).*
- Paid Time Off: 8 days annually.*
- On-time salary disbursement (last working day of the month).
