Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to produce visually compelling short-form content and dynamic motion graphics at Intellica Bangladesh Ltd.. This role involves crafting engaging reels, shorts, tutorials, titles, lower thirds, logo animations, and brand-focused motion visuals. The ideal candidate combines advanced-level technical expertise in video editing and animation with strong visual storytelling skills and a passion for high-impact digital content.

Work Mode: In-person — based at our Rajshahi office.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (mandatory).
• Extensive experience with short-form videos and motion graphics (beginners, please refrain from applying).
• Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing your advanced skills in video editing and motion graphics.
• Create engaging tutorial videos, presentation videos, intros, and introduction videos that effectively communicate brand messages and enhance viewer engagement.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: BDT 20,000 - 35,000 (Negotiable; based on skills and performance).
• Festival Bonus: Twice yearly (25%–50% of base pay, performance-based).*
