Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sr. Executive (Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer) to join our growing team and drive high-impact brand and growth initiatives in an innovative, tech-driven environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in graphic design and digital marketing—covering social media, content, video, and SEO—and a passion for building memorable brands.

Work Mode: In-person — based at our Rajshahi office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics (posts, ads, banners, thumbnails) using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Plan and execute Social Media Marketing across Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others; maintain a content calendar and analyze performance.
  • Develop and optimize paid & organic digital campaigns (targeting, budget, objectives) to drive brand reach and conversions.
  • Produce and edit short, engaging tutorial / “tips & tricks” videos using Premiere Pro or CapCut for marketing and learning.
  • Generate creative concepts and write/edit copy for captions, posts, ads, and short blogs aligned with the brand voice.
  • Manage YouTube end-to-end: SEO (titles, tags, thumbnails), playlists, cards, and analytics for steady organic growth.
  • Execute SEO (On-Page & Off-Page): keyword research, metadata, internal linking, backlink outreach, and performance reporting.
  • Build and maintain brand identity assets—logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines—for consistent visual language.
  • Design packaging and print/publication materials (boxes, labels, brochures, magazines, corporate profiles) and coordinate with vendors/press.
  • Create marketing & advertising creatives for campaigns and promotions; run A/B tests to improve CTR and ROI.
  • Design web/landing page UI layouts in Figma with a focus on usability; prepare developer hand-off assets.
  • Create basic motion graphics for social and video content (e.g., in After Effects) while ensuring brand consistency across all media.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Bachelor/Honors degree from any reputed university (Marketing/Business, Graphic Design/Fine Arts, CSE/IT, or related).
  • 2–3 years of professional experience preferred; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong graphic design fundamentals: layout, color, typography, grids.
  • Advanced Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (retouching, compositing, vector work).
  • Figma for UI mockups, components, prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • Video editing with Premiere Pro and/or CapCut; basic motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.
  • Hands-on Social Media Marketing (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) with content calendar management.
  • Copywriting basics for captions, ad copy, CTAs, and short blog posts.
  • SEO: On-Page (keyword research, metadata, internal linking) & Off-Page (backlinks).
  • YouTube SEO & channel operations: titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, analytics.
  • Analytics & reporting via Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics/Looker Studio; track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
  • Ad platforms: Facebook Ads Manager (required); working knowledge of Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong time/project management; clear communication in Bangla & English; collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Brand identity systems: logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
  • Motion graphics & simple animations (After Effects / Lottie).
  • Basic product photography/videography and lighting for social content.
  • Illustration & custom iconography (vector artwork).
  • Packaging & print production (CMYK, bleed, dielines; vendor handoff).
  • UI/UX in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototypes, design tokens).
  • Basic HTML/CSS understanding for smoother developer handoff.
  • Marketing automation: Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, email (Mailchimp/Brevo).
  • Advanced analytics dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio) and clean UTM conventions.
  • Ads beyond Meta: Google Ads (Search/YouTube) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • SEO extras: local SEO, schema basics; familiarity with Ahrefs/SEMrush.
  • A/B testing mindset (creative variants, thumbnails, hooks) and copy refinement (Bangla & English).

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: BDT 20,000 - 35,000 (Negotiable; based on skills and performance).
  • Festival Bonus: Twice yearly (25%–50% of base pay, performance-based).*
